ENTRANCE & ACCESS
Is there one entrance or separate entrances for CLAP Pool Club & Restaurant and The Wellness Club?
CLAP Pool Club & Restaurant and The Wellness Club have separate dedicated entrances to ensure a seamless arrival experience depending on your visit. Guests arriving for the Restaurant or the Pool Club will be guided through the CLAP entrance, while the Wellness Club members will enter through the separated Wellness Club entrance.
Do I need to be a Wellness Club member to access CLAP Restaurant & Pool Club?
No. CLAP Restaurant & Pool Club are open to non-members. Walk-ins accepted but not guaranteed, reservations are highly recommended.
Is there car parking or valet service available?
Yes, CLAP HOUSE offers secure gated parking on a first-come, first-served basis, fully operated with valet service for a small fee.
Additional public street parking is available nearby, though spaces are limited.
CLAP RESTAURANT & POOL CLUB
Is the pool open to the public?
Yes, everyone is welcome to enjoy the Pool Club & Restaurant experience with a reservation.Walk in is available but not guaranteed entry, beds go on a first come first serve basis.
Do I need a reservation for CLAP Restaurant?
We recommend booking in advance, especially during high season.
Can I dine without using the pool?
Absolutely. CLAP Restaurant is open for lunch and until 8pm — no pool access required.
How do I book a daybed, a lounge, or restaurant table?
Reservations can be made directly via our website. We also welcome enquiries by email or phone. Walk-ins are accepted when available, but entry is not guaranteed and operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
Is CLAP HOUSE pet-friendly?
Yes, small handbag-sized dogs (under 7kg) are welcome in both the Restaurant & Pool Club, though not permitted on single loungers. Dogs must be well-behaved and remain under control at all times. In the case of disruption or poor behaviour, our team reserves the right to kindly ask guests to leave.
Are Cameras allowed?
For the privacy and comfort of all our guests, and in line with Spanish and European GDPR regulations, professional cameras and photography equipment are not permitted without prior approval.
If you would like to use the venue for a photoshoot or content creation, please reach out to our marketing team in advance to request permission and coordinate accordingly.
Smartphones and casual photography are permitted, provided they do not disturb other guests.
DINING & POOL EXPERIENCE
Are CLAP Restaurant and CLAP Pool Club separate experiences?
Yes. While both fall under the CLAP brand, they offer two distinct experiences:
CLAP Restaurant is a fine dining destination with a 2/3-hour reservation window (depending on group size). Access is limited to the restaurant area only. And children allowed in the restaurant.CLAP Pool Club is a leisure-luxe experience where guests book beds or loungers.. Each booking includes an F&B credit and access to poolside amenities. CLAP Pool Club is 18+.
Is there a different menu served at the Pool Club to the Restaurant?
Both menus reflect CLAP’s signature style, designed for laid-back dining and sharing by the water.
Can I use the pool if I have a reservation at the restaurant?
No. A restaurant reservation does not include access to the Pool Club. To enjoy the pool, a separate Pool Club booking is required.
Is the Pool Club open to the public?
Yes, anyone can book a daybed or lounger, subject to availability.
Each bed reservation includes towels, parasols, and access to CLAP swimming pool. Reservations can be made in advance via our website or on the day, subject to availability.
Please be aware that the pool is exclusively for adults aged 18 and above. Glassware is not permitted in the swimming pool area, and outside pool equipment is prohibited.
CLAP Pool Club is 18+.
Are lockers, showers, or changing rooms available at the Pool Club?
Guests at CLAP Pool Club have access to changing rooms and washrooms, but lockers are not available. Lockers are exclusively provided for The Wellness Club members within their designated facility zones. Guests are responsible for their own belongings while at the Pool Club.
What are your capacities?
Total Venue Capacity: 1,500 guests.
Restaurant Capacity:
The restaurant can accommodate up to 250 guests per seating.
CLAP Pool Area Capacity:
The pool area can accommodate up to 250 guests.
THE WELLNESS CLUB
What is The Wellness Club?
The Wellness Club is the healthy heart of CLAP HOUSE — offering state-of-the-art facilities, treatments, and programming designed around longevity, performance, and balance.
Do I need a membership to visit The Wellness Club?
Yes. Access to The Wellness Club is reserved for members. They offer flexible options from day passes to weekly, monthly and annual memberships
What is classed as low and high season?
The Wellness Club high season runs from May through to the end of October. The rest of the year is considered low season.
Are all gym classes included in the memberships?
Each membership offers different services, with golden & black you have unlimited classes.
What fitness classes will be available at The Wellness Club Wellness/ timetable?
The Wellness Club will offer a variety of fitness classes, including Strength & Conditioning, Hyrox, Run Club, Mat and Reformer Pilates, Yoga, Booty & Ab Classes, and Meditation. All classes are available via Clap House, The Wellness Club app.
What facilities are included in The Wellness Club?
The Wellness Club offers a range of facilities, including a functional gym, Hyrox training, Pilates (mat and reformer), stretching, sound healing, and Superfit (surfboard on water) classes.
Are spa treatments included in any of the membership options?
Selected spa treatments will be included with certain premium memberships. All members will have access to preferential rates across the wellness services.
Can non-members access the spa/ book Spa treatments – or is this via a day pass?
Non-members can book spa treatments, but a day access pass is required. Once the pass is secured, a spa reservation must be made, via The Wellness Club app.

Each adult will need their own membership. Children can accompany parents in shared areas but won’t be allowed on the gym floor.
Is personal training available?
