CLAP Beirut opened its doors in December 2018, introducing a new expression of contemporary Japanese dining to the heart of Downtown Beirut.
Located on the rooftop of the Al-Nahar Building, the restaurant sits above the city with panoramic views stretching across Beirut and the Mediterranean, creating a setting where dining, design and atmosphere come together.
Founded by hospitality group ALPHAMIND, CLAP has become a distinctive destination for Japanese cuisine in Beirut.

CLAP’s menu explores contemporary Japanese cuisine through bold flavours, refined techniques and unexpected combinations.
Signature favourites such as Crispy Rice and Wagyu beef tartare sit alongside dishes including Marinated Lamb Rack, fresh sushi rolls and sashimi, and desserts such as Vanilla-Peanut Millefeuille and the CLAP Chocolate Fondant.
