    Award-winning Chef Parter Reif Othman unveils the first chapter of his new menu at CLAP London with a limited-time Summer Menu, ahead of the launch of his full menu this October.

    Expect bold flavours, exceptional craftsmanship and Chef Reif’s signature approach to modern Japanese cuisine.

    Discover dishes including Lightly Seared Wagyu with crispy rice and sukiyaki sauce, the indulgent Wagyu Katsu Sando, Josper Roasted Bone Marrow served with grilled snow crab tartare and brioche, Wagyu Short Ribs glazed in yakiniku sauce, and the iconic CLAP Chocolate Bar to finish.
