CLAP Restaurant first opened its doors in 2018 in Beirut, Lebanon. Since then, it has rapidly expanded, with locations in prominent MENA cities such as Dubai, Riyadh, and soon London.
CLAP Dubai, opened its doors in December 2020. Situated in the heart of Dubai International Financial Centre’s food scene, it showcases innovative Japanese dining at its finest. Already achieving numerous accolades, including a prestigious one-toque status in the UAE’s first Gault&Millau 2022 awards and inclusion in the notable Michelin Guide 2022, making it one of the most sought-after destinations in the region.
Guests enter through the ground floor and are whisked up to the 9th-floor rooftop restaurant, where they are met with a stunning open kitchen and buzzing atmosphere. The curated dishes and impressive array of sakes and wines complement the contemporary aesthetic of the indoor restaurant, open-air terrace, bar, and lounge.
CLAP Dubai’s interiors feature extraordinary design elements inspired by OTAKU, including an eclectic chandelier composed of 2,100 toys. Curated by Japanese designer, Noriyoshi Muramatsu founder of Studio Glitt.
