INTERNAL REPORTING INFORMATION
To manage and review any information submitted, an Internal Information System has been established. All data provided through this channel is handled with strict confidentiality throughout the assessment and follow-up process.
In accordance with Law 2/2023 of 20 February, which governs the protection of individuals reporting regulatory breaches and anti-corruption measures, the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation has implemented this Internal Information System.
